Return Policy:
At Vapesouqdubaism, we want to ensure that you have a satisfying shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, aiming to make our customers happy with their purchases.
For Returns: We accept returns for non-opened products, offering a full refund on the retail price. Please note that products showing any signs of usage by the customer cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer. To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and send the items back to our shop at your own cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost or credited to their account for future orders. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the order. Please note that consumable and perishable items such as e-liquid, replacement coils, pods, and disposables are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
For Refunds: To request a refund, please contact our customer support or WhatsApp and provide detailed information including your order number, name, address, phone number, reason for the return, and photos if possible. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the package back to us. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the shipment is physically returned to our shop and processed. The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer's account, excluding shipping charges (for two ways) and bank charges. Please note that no refund will be provided for returned orders due to the customer refusing to receive the order from the shipping courier.
Warranty Coverage: Our 7-day warranty coverage begins from the day the items are delivered. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to Vapesouqdubaism. After inspecting the faulty items and determining their eligibility under our warranty policy, we will cover the costs of shipping the item back to the customer.
What is Not Covered by Our Warranty: Our warranty does not cover e-liquids, atomizers, tanks, re-buildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories on the device itself. It also does not cover failure or damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, excessive force, usage outside of recommended operating instructions, improper maintenance, water damage, juice spillage, fire
